hiya, whats the best photo editing program you can download (free preferably!) ive got basic ones, but im lookin really edit some photos, to make people look better lol, pleez help its quite urgent, they need to be ready to put on some posters!

Here are some links to a few free photo editing programs that offer many of the features that Photoshop does. Take your pick!

- GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program
- GIMPShop dot Net - Info on GIMPShop
- Paint.NET - Free Photo Editing Software for Windows.

All of these tools have their pros and cons. I personally have used Paint.NET the most, and I would recommend it.
