Default System Mechnanic : : What do you think ?

Guys, now a days System Mechanic is not so effective as it was. It takes a lot of time to start and the RAM Defragmenter is not so effective. Can you please suggest me some other thing, which is an alternative to Sys Mech?

Stop Using System Mechanic. Use "Advanced System Optimizer", a No: 1 Diagnostic & Optimizing Software, which has about 30 tools to prevent your system from crashing. It is available at Welcome to Systweak It is a Must Haven Software.

You don't need tools to keep your system running smoothly - all you need to do is be careful about what you download and reformat every now and again.
