[SOLVED] Microsoft Office 2003

Does anyone know how i can make a form for like teacher reports, in word 2003, And then lock it so only the fields can be filled in?

You can try Excel, then save it as an orginal, then just make copies of it. As in, rename the file everytime you change it, while still leaving the orginal intact.
