This is an illegaly downloaded file and probably contains a virus which is maybe why you are having problems with it.

Its likely that if you do have a virus or trojan that AVG May have missed this. Try running Avast Home Free. You can get it HERE. Avast is known for finding Virus and Trojan that AVG Misses. If you are still having trouble after trying this then come back to us.

Well firstly, I'd do what Mr. Pickles said.
Its always risky downloading form torrent sites.

If you still cannot delete your folder, then try this way:

Start -> Run -> Then type in: cmd

navigate to your desktop using: cd C:/xxxx (can't remembe rhow to get to it now )
then:
Code:
dir
will list all your files and folders on your desktop.
Code:
rmdir XXXX
just replace the XXX with your folder name.

That should delete your folder for you.

Hopefully thats clear enough for you :S

Press the windows key and the R key at the same time. Then type in CMD to open the command prompt. Then navigate to your Desktop using the command line. Then type in rmdir x (x being the name of the folder)

I had a file on my computer at work that did the same thing. Yes it was a virus. Luckily I was using McAfee and it deleted it on it's own after Mcafee updated on April Fool's Day of all days in '06. I could delete this file and watch it reappear before my eyes.

AVG is very good at missing files. I assume you have the free edition, and that is fairly low powered. You would probably get a much slower computer, better database and better support with something like McAfee or Norton.

BTW, don't download torrents. 90% of the time, illegal torrent downloads have viruses or malware. Just buy the software/movie.. It will save you a lot of time, and effort. Plus, it will make the makers of the software/movie much happier.

I never had a problem whilst using AVG. But everyone that I know that has used it has caught a virus form it!

Just thinking, have you tried boting up in safe mode and removing the folder?
Im not sure if that would work or not, just an idea

You might want to look into booting from a Linux Live CD and deleting them in there.
