I cant use this feature in my computer, it was working before, just wan to know how to able it, have windows xp pro 2002

Right click on the Start button. Open Properties. On the Start menu tab click Customize then Advanced. Enable dragging and dropping should be checked.

I try that, the tab was marked and still when I open a folder that I have in the destop and want to organize the files and put then in other folder whithin the main folder the only way is by cut and paste wich it takes longer the drag and drop is way faster, dont know whats happenig

Did you try rebooting the machine after changing the setting?
Failing that - a system restore to when drag and drop was working should be all you need to do.

it is working now just unchecked the box and checked it again on the properties and restarted the compurter again thanks for u help
