I hope you will be on the board for a long time, and if there is anything I can do to make your experience better please let me know. We are here to help you, so it would be appreciated if you could help us by posting in threads as well as your own. If you can't help us, then we can't help you. mason_001 - it would be useful if you could tell us what operating system you are running. Since you haven't told us yet, I assume that it's a version of Windows.

| Go on to the site of the company that supplied your printer (e.g.Epson - Exceed Your Vision), go to the tab that says Downloads, Download, ect. ect., look for a menu labeled drivers, find your printer model and download it Right-click My Computer, go to Properties, Hardware/Driver manager Tab at the top Go to the driver with an exclamation (!), select it. right-click > properties > Update Driver > find the file that you downloaded and press OK. |
