Does anyone have experience of Visio, please?

We have some structure charts that were created by a colleague who has now left. We're trying to amend the wording, but some of the objects seem to be linked so that if we change the text in one of them, they all change to show the same text.

I've tried running in developer mode and ensuring that the protection values are set to zero, but that hasn't made any difference. Basically, I've tried taking all the protection off everywhere, both in and out of developer mode, but nothing works.

I've resorted to creating some of the charts again from scratch, but if anybody knows how to fix the problem it would help when we come to amend the others.
