| Where is the file directory for 2007 Powerpoint viewer? The problem I am having is that on the same machine I have Power Point 2007 and The viewer (2007). Though the presentation is opening with Powerpoint by default. How can I make it open with the Viewer instead? When I click properties then browse for the new program selection I have no idea where the 2007 viewer is installed. |

| Hi , Welcome to the forum - good to have you here. I hope you will be on the board for a long time, and if there is anything I can do to make your experience better please let me know. We are here to help you, so it would be appreciated if you could help us by posting in threads as well as your own. By doing so, you are helping to keep this site running in the future, and we will respond to your thread faster too. Firstly - why do you need to run PowerPoint viewer instead of just opening the presentation in PowerPoint? That would be the simplest solution. However, if you must open the presentation using the read-only viewer, try looking in the C:\Program Files folder for it.
