hi
can someone please help me my neice decided to create her own user account on my computer and then has accidently deleted mine i was the administrator now all my pictures have gone and my files as well iv tried system restore but nothing changes i recreated the user account and went and changed the password that still works but no files or pics to be seen im running windows xp ....... i dont what else to do if someone has a solution that would be very appreciated as there was some very important motorsport stuff on it thanx

Firstly - you probably want to stop using the computer to prevent any deleted data being lost. Take the hard drive out, and use another computer or hard drive. Secondly - try browsing to C:\Documents and Settings. Do you see any folders with your old username mentioned?
