Question Print Spooler Error

My wife's computer will get a "print spooler was unable to connect to your printer" error code on a regular basis. I usually can run the restore tool and get it printing again for a while.
I also have a computer hooked to the same network. It works when hers won't.
I found a program Registry Fix on the internet that claims to fix the problem.
Can anyone give any input on this ?
Thanks Jimmiebear

Hi again Jimmiebear,

Welcome back to the forum - I hope to see you here more often in the future! Remember, if you only ever come here with questions, then the community will be unable to help you.
What OS is the machine running, and what printer do you have?
Also, you should avoid any registry fix programs. They almost always create more problems than they solve.
Incidentally, what antivirus software is the machine running?
