Hey everybody first timer and hope to make some new friends. As well as getting help and helping as well. My problem is that when I try to load a casino game it will load fine but when I try to play it comes up saying the memory could not be read. Does that mean that the disk is bad or I do not have enough memory.

What have you tried in order to fix the problem so far? Are you running any antivirus, antispyware and/or firewall? If so, what products? What is the exact error that comes up? [a screenshot will be helpful] And finally, what is the name of the software you downloaded?

it is phabtom efx real deal slots. The message reads Application error then it says

I hope this not a major problem in my computer because I deploy with the military in less then two months. i am in the army and this is the computer am going to take with me now it will play warcraft and all the other games I have but not this one.

Hmm... have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application? Sometimes it's the simplest things that work.

This might be down to a hardware problem - but nine times out of ten it's just a bad install. Also if you downloaded the game, download an up-to-date, fresh copy.

I did unload it and downloaded it again and it did the same thing. I even regesterd it and it still will not worki so how could the cd be bad and it so could i copy it and try it from a copy how would i make a copy

Ah... I meant download a fresh copy, rather than make your own. As you've tried that we can try something else. Are you running any antivirus, antispyware and/or firewall? If so, what products?

norton anti virus and spware and firewall

I generally find I get those errors when my system is overworked, so try closing background programs while playing it.
