Ok here is another one for you guys and gals. I have a user that opens word 2003 and types what she wants in it then clicks file-sendto-mail recipient as an attachment and then gets this mapi error saying "Word couldn't send mail because of MAPI failure: Operation not supported" anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

Ask the user to firstly try saving the document, closing it, and restarting word and try again. If it keeps on coming up, get them to have Outlook running when they try the option. That's the only tempoary workaround I can think of right now, I will do some more research when I have the time, but I run this site in my spare ime so I can't go into too much detail right now.
