Default Java Problems
I recently had problems with my computer that started with a site that uses java in a popup window that would say my browser did not intialize correctly please close & try again...I have tried everything..then I had to reformat my comuter...something to do with my registry?? anyway I have tried pulling that site up on at least 4 other computers...works fine...why won't it do it on mine?

Have you installed Java yourself? Due to various lawsuits and patent issues, Java Virtual Machine isn't included with Windows any more.

Did you fix the problem?

Also, try installing Firefox if you are only using Internet Explorer with Java: getfirefox.com

You can install the JAVA virtual machine directly from SUN.
