Im not sure if Im on the right board or not but here is my question.I have windows xp and out of the blue I go to get on the internet and a screen pops up and says can not find WININET.DLL to start your computer.If you reinstall this it might fix the problem.Im not sure where to get this from and how to install it when I cant get on the internet.If someone could solve this I would be greatful
