Hey

ok i have a couple problems...

1. ok i have msn and when i go to use the mic thing or video conversation it alwayz restarts my computer automaticly.. can anyone tell me why???

2. when i listen to like windows media player and then i wanna exit.. so when i exit it is still plays the song.. and when i press atl,ctrl,delete to c if its running in the back ground its not.. soo wats the problem with that??

And I'm not sure about the Windows Media Player problem, but I think that both problems can be fixed by uninstalling both MSN Messenger and Windows Media Player, and reinstalling them.

im using version 7.5 and windows im using version 10.00.00.4036 i have no clue

Have you tried uninstalling them from Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and reinstalling them?

try the new messenger, Windows Live Messenger 8.
