Say, never paid attention, but what's the latest version of Photoshop?

Not quite sure, but I think it's CS2 or 8.

CS2, bit overpriced for what it is though, thats why I got fireworks, cos it was free from school.

For a personal use like mine I use Elements becuse it is cheaper, has a bit less of opinions but I can live without them

I mostly use illustrator and adobe photoshop 8, They came as a package becuase my grandad used to work for adobe.

It's CS2. I have Adobe Creativty Suite CS2. Very nice.

Also Ability Photostudio it is excellent does the same thing as photoshop and it is part ability office £50.

Brilliant value.

CS2 is the latest version, but if you are worried about price look for some freeware or shareware programs; try download.com or some P2P software
