A few months after Tiscali purchased Pipex they have started moving Pipex customers to the Tiscali LLU system. Has anyone else on the service noticed a decrease in speed? I think I have, and I am thinking of leaving Pipex, for a better supplier, but don't really know who. Any ideas, and has anyone noticed the same thing?

And of course, you will be charged £47 to be moved off the LLU, and I doubt Tiscali would've refunded you for the downtime while your line was re-routed in the exchange.

I would have left Pipex as soon as Tiscali got their grubby little hands on it.

Ohhh, they haven't charged me any extra. And if they try to then court action it is, cos I haven't signed any new contracts agreeing to the additional charges, and since about 14 months ago I haven't been under contract because I have exceeded their 12 month contract and I am on a month by month basis.
