Default Why does..?

Why does my DSL internet give me problems in bad weather? It disconnects me and some times are worse than others. Why would the weather have anything to do with a wire in the ground..

maybe somewhere along the cable route to your house the cable is exposed and when rain and winds may corrupt the cable making it short out and fail..... call your provider and confront them with the issue

thats how it was for me when i had my old cable service , the cable was poking out of the ground by the cable box and it had been mowed and if i ever got strong winds of rain it would go out.... some times cables just pop back up if they are not planted right or if someone else digs them up.... happens alot

yeah and you can do what i do.... if the service is out for that day , i wont pay for that day .... and before my internet switched to comcast i had like 4 or 5 days a bill and they allways took it off so , you can try that too , once they loose money they will fix the problem
