Your link is bad. I found the site, though. It is one of those 'free' hosting companies that you have to post x-amount of posts in thier forums in order to maintain your account.

To be honest, the Administrative Staff at KwiX are amateurs, not professional, and are flying by the seat of thier pants to maintain their system. They're kids, and the age of the oldest Admin is 19 years old. In my opinion, KwiX is garbage, and their forum is butt-ugly.
