| Hi Guys, Since reinstalling Quicktime (after finding out how to uninstall a difficult install via this forum) I have been getting requests via Quichtime to allow them to show ads. Below this request is the Advert. Can I filter these out please? Enjoy, Nimshie29 |

| You can only filter these forced quicktime advertisements if you buy the full version off Apple. It is pretty cheap, I bought it for my Apple Mac. However if these ads are not from quicktime it may be a quicktime plugin you have, this wouldnt be solved by purchasing the full version of quicktime. If you live in the UK you can get quicktime here - Apple (UK and Ireland) - QuickTime or USA here - Apple - QuickTime

| Thanks robputt796 and thenotsosmartcomputerguy, Some sites I receive will only operate with Quicktime (as far as I know). Looks like I may have to get a copy of Pro. Thanks for your info. guys, Regards, Nimshie29 |

| Nimshie29, I never find that the QuickTime plugin displays ads, apart from one asking to buy Pro. These ads may not actually be coming from QuickTime. Can you provide a screenshot?
