| I have always wondered how to stop programmes running as they take up so much of the memory on my computer, I have had aol tips which tell you which ones to close, but you can bet that you will be shut down before you have completed them lol. |

| Thanks buddy. Good find, and very useful. For those who don't know how to access their Service pannel, here is the path in Wind. XP: Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services Right clicking on a service with bring an options sub-menu to work with the commands. If the Service is running, first Stop, then select Manual/Disable. |
