Default RE: gforce mx4000

Prehaps there is a connection loose on the card?
Maybe the monitor or the card are on the blink?

I can't see what's wrong, but if it's a new card it may be faulty and you may need to take it back to where you got it from.

I'm not to hot on graphics cards, maybe someone else will have some better ideas as to what's going wrong.

Ive checked the specified refresh rate of my monitor it is 85Hertz...So i went to the nvidia settings, and changed the refresh rate there to match it, and it did not work. Ive tryed two pci slots, I have also set Adapter Default(recommended) didnt work. I went into the direct x diagnostics,(dxdiag) i also changed the refresh rate to 85 Hertz, And STILL having the same problem...And i have tryed this on 2 different monitors
