Default which brand dvd-r do you recommend?

I always pick the best dvd-r .. I just don't don't trust my movies and mp3's with low quality dvd-r's such as 99 cents brands.
If you want your files to last long get brands such as "Taiyo yuden", or "Ritek"! If you want a cheaper solution with out risking quality, you can purchase Dvd-r's that contain AZ0 dye.

Default RE: which brand dvd-r do you recommend?

I use Memorex CD-Rs and I have one Sky DVD-RW.

To be honest, I get the cheapest good brand, and I buy them in bulk.

IMO Sony discs are little bit on the expensive side. Memorex, Ridata is very good for DVD+Rs. Ive used them and had zero coasters.
