I agree the eeepc is very good. But with all the competition at the moment out there, I think things will get intresting....

I've never understood the craze about eeepc's. Looking at their specs they seem rather slow for todays laptops. Single-core 1ghz is going to get blown out of the water by any modern laptop.

The Idea is that they are Ultra Portable, and very affordable, making them a popular choice. Plus they have SSD instead of a HDD too.

Yuck! That keyboard is soooo UGLY... I don't care what they say about it being better for fat fingered ppl, it looks like it belongs in the under 5's section of a toy department!
