Circuit Diagram

G'day

I have a Toshiba A70 that burnt a 8 pin chip on the m/board, Toshiba want too much for another m/board, have tried and paid for shematics and they don't show the chip make and type. Anyone have an old A70 that can tell me the chip mke and type. Its designated P 07 on the m/bord near the power inlet jack?
