i have to get a laptop for school/work reasons and im wondering if its possible to either create or buy a laptop without an inbuilt keyboard or touchpad as i have a flexi keyboard i can use and i despise touchpads

Not that I'm aware of. They all come w/ keyboards (touch pads may be optional).

Now, you can always use your usb keyboard/mouse with your laptop, in addition to what is there.

yeah just thinking it would be a way to cutdown size ohwell

You won't be able to cut down a laptop's size by removing the touchpad - there are usually important components under there [on mine, the hard drive is directly below the touchpad
If it's a smaller laptop that you are looking for, consider buying an eeePC:
