Hi Russian_Lev,
Firstly, I'd like to welcome to CompuForums - it's good to have you here. I hope you will be on the board for a long time, and if there is anything I can do to make your experience better please let me know. We are here to help you, so it would be appreciated if you could help us by posting in threads as well as your own. By doing so, you are helping to keep this site running in the future, and we will respond to your thread faster too. If you can't help us, then we can't help you.

For how long have you owned the computer, and have you added or removed any internal hardware devices since purchasing it? How long has this problem been happening, and have you tried booting into Safe Mode?

Sounds to me like you have a bad power supply.

Well if it is under warranty I would contact them. If not you can install a new one, but before you do that if you have a multimeter I would check the connections and make sure that it is the Power Supply before getting a new one because it could be a bad CMOS battery, bad RAM, or your system could be over heating.
