I just bought a new Gateway pc w/ dual core processor and such thought it would be a decent gaming rig come to find running some of the newer games on it is painfully slow lol ... now i was looking into buying a new video card and found a decently priced

XFX GeForce 8600 GT SLi

i was wondering since this is a new computer if it would be compatible ... any help is appreciated thank you
