I don't see why people buy such big HD's. I have a 250 WD and I've only filled maybe 2 gigs+the windows installation in the last 6 months. What programs do you guy run to use so much memory?

You might want to upgrade the psu to at least 500w

Smile Hi

Hi,

I don't know how much you are going to pay for the ram but NCIX has 2 GB of Patriot ram, CL4-4-4-12 800Mhz for around $100.00 might be worth checking out. Also they have good selection of power supplies. Hope this helps.

thanks everyone for your comments

i am actually thinking of buying a better power supply but i don't really know much about them but i was looking at this one

C1 Shoppingmall - Your good Net neighbour - COOLERMASTER EXTREME POWER 650W SUPER SILENT[RS-650-PCAR]

would this be sufficient if i would later add a 8800gt into my build?

any comments would be appreciated

That seems feasible.

I believe the minimum PSU requirements for the 8800 gt is 500W. Plus, the PSU your looking at is pretty solid
