Allso what is the most upgradable motherboard that would use what I have. I,m thinking an sli compatable board but don,t know if that would be the way to go . I do know I would need another same geforce Thanks OLDFART

Well first of all,how much are you willing to spend? Second, you have a pretty good computer there. The one improvement I could see is buying a better video card. I would recommend an ati card because you have an amd cpu. Tell me how much you're willing to spend and I should be able to recommend you a video card. Also, how many watts is your power supply?

Okay, with that info I recommend two things. More memory and a better video card:
Newegg.com - Kingston ValueRAM 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
Newegg.com - Open Box: MSI RX2600XT Diamond Plus Radeon HD 2600XT 512MB 128-bit GDDR4 PCI Express x16 OC Edition HDMI HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card

That will give you a great gaming computer.
And when you ask about fios, are you having any trouble with america's army?
