hi all,
i have 2 HD 1 the o/s (c) and one a backup (d) my question is drive d sleeps or turns off while not in use and when i want to access drive d it has to spin up before i can open any of my files eg video music, any help

-What operating system do you use?
-Who is the manufacturer of the hard drive?
-Has this behavior recently started or has it been happening since you first got the drive?
