| Yup, looks like you're all set. Hope all goes well. The only thing you'd want to make sure about is setting the AGP transfer rate and AGP aperature size (aka the memory size of the video card) in the BIOS. This makes sure everything is optimized for your system/card. Nothing will be harmed if you don't set the transfer rate/aperature size, just that it will likely not perform as fast if the defaults for the video settings in your bios are low (or if it does not auto-detect the appropriate settings). But aside from that it sounds like you're in good shape. Just make sure to touch something metal to discharge any static electricity buildup you may have built up before touching the card. Good luck!

| Thanks for the reply back. I may have to ask you about the AGP transfer rate and aperture size ,when I get the card if it doesn't say anything about that in the instructions or CD. Thanks again. |

| From the ATI website, the 9600pro is a 128mb card that is both 4x and 8x transfer rate compatible. Hope that helps.
