Default Problem With Asus M2N-Sli Deluxe & New Power Supply

I Installed a xclio 700 Modular Power Supply and it turns on but shuts off after 20 seconds or so. The only things hooked up to it is the 24 Pin Connector and the Internal fans. The Motherboard works great, just this stinking problem of shutting off. Can someone please give me an idea as to what I could check out?
There's a MSI PCI-e 16 on the MB and 1G RAM.

Thanks

Default I don't have any ideas...

To clarify, does the power supply shut off, or does the motherboard shut the computer off? I don't have any ideas of what it might be, but if you recently bought it, then I'd return it/exchange it. If you got it online, then start an RMA process--it shouldn't be doing that, if this behavior truly is due to the power supply. I wouldn't waste time troubleshooting it--sounds like it's just faulty, but I can't say that for certain.

Thanks for your reply. I've been dong a little testing and found out it was due to not having a P4 Power Plug on the new Power Supply. It was suppose to, and everything that I've seen or read states that it does, but I'll be darn if I could find it. So while I'm waiting for answers from them I've hooked up my old PS [OCZ 520] which just happens to have one handy.
