| Hey bonkerz56, Welcome to CompuForums. It's great to have you here. I hope that you can visit us again in the future, and add yourself to the member map. Regarding deleting documents, the only way that I can stop it is by cancelling the document in the print queue, letting the page that is currently printing print then pulling out the paper tray so that the printer thinks that it has ran out of paper. Then I manually turn off and on the power to the printer - there is no other way that I can cancel documents. I think that this is a problem with all older printers - I run a HP Deskjet 840c which is around 7 years old. And regarding your documents coming out last page first, that's a feature, not a bug ![]() Double click on Printers and Faxes, right click your printer then select Properties. On the box that comes up, select Printing Preferences and then move the radio button from "Back To Front" to "Front to Back". ![]() Then print a test two page document, labelling the first page "1" and the second page "2".

| i would like to thank all u guys for the help.but that page is set from front to back .i click apply and it still prints back to front. im going to click it to print back to front maybe that will work lol illl be back lol but it sure takes a long time to delete in the que ,like 20 minutes for a page |

| You may want to set it to back to front then. Maybe your printer itself is reversing the pages and not Windows so it's doing the reverse of what you tell it. The print queue issue will be something that I can't find a solution for, apart from holding down the paper so the printer thinks that it is out of paper, turning the printer off, cancelling the job and putting your printer back on again. Well that's what I do. If you need any more help with anything then you're more than welcome to come back and we'll try our best

| ok, so that is in the windows settings, did your printer come with a utility to set up your printer? maybe you could check out that. and does the printer have a LCD screen with a e-menu etc... cos it may be a setting on the actual printer itself.
