Default Lcd or regular monitor

i know regular crt monitors are bulky but i prefer them for gaming etc.. also you can get like 21 inch crt monitors for like $130 where 17inch lcd costs a fortune and they aren't even that great when it comes to gaming.. but less space consuming .. if u plan to have a desktop system any way i prefer goin wit a large crt for the space

Well, I prefer my TFT to my old CRT (even though it's smaller) as the CRT gave off glare but the TFT is easy on the eyes too look at, it consumes less power, dosen't give off nearly as much radiation, and saves space

I have used CRT for years .. my last one was a flat monitor with AWESOME display. But since I turned to use a laptop, I had to get out of the CRTs. Still for a desktop computer I love a GOOD CRT any time.

Well, before I got my 17" LCD, I didn't really care. When I got my 17" LCD, I still didn't really care. When I went back to my old horrible monitor, I cared!

LCD all the way!

LCDs are definatley easier to read. Older ones tended to be of a very poor quality, but ones within the last year or so have had quality comparable to a CRT.
