My vote went with Wireless because I find it more convenient. I think I only spent £10 or so on this [Creative]
wireless keyboard and mouse and it's served me well. The only annoying thing about it is the batteries, which is why you can get rechargeable ones.

Default rechargeable wireless mouse

Yes, the batteries are definitely an issue. In my previous wireless mouse, it probably went through two AA batteries every two weeks. That's why I decided to spend the "big bucks" and go for the Logitech I have--it's a rechargeable wireless mouse. It's great. One charge lasts...I don't even know how long. Realistically it depends on how much you use it, but I'd say I use my desktop for a good four or five hours a night (laptop otherwise...), doing stuff like gaming or surfing the net, and this mouse lasts for at least a month on one charge (where the batter level goes from a full 3 bars down to 1 bar--I've never used it to the point it shuts off). The other nice thing is it only takes about fifteen to twenty-five minutes to charge it back up again. Not too shabby. No more going through a pack of AA batteries in a month.

I perfer wired too many issues with interference on the wireless signal. Also most batteries don't last very long.

wired works the best and always will till they can find out to make the battery in it last for years or something.

I say Wireless. Yes, it is a pain to change the batteries and see the logitech icon on the taskbar go "Batteries are critical" all the time. Other than that, wireless is fine. My laptop has a built in keyboard that really sucks, so we got a wireless one for it

the touch pad on the laptops are annoying to use especially when you're playing games such as RPGs.

I'm a wireless fan. My Logitech mouse sits in a recharger so I never had to change batteries - until my 4 yr old buried them in the backyard - lol.

Its just such a hassle to get new batteries, keep changing them. Honestly what is wrong with a wire? (i have a hunch wired goes faster too!)

Default Wired

Wired keyboard/ Wireless mouse. I very seldom move the keyboard, but the mouse is always on the go.

Ya, logitech makes some really nice stuff. Wired is the standard for gaming due to faster response time. but I use a wireless mouse because it's convenient for me. I'm not sure whether or not wireless will catch up with wired as far as response times, but for now, wired is the best for gaming. I'm not that much of a gamer so I don't have a wired mouse.
