I was putting some music onto my friends Insignia MP3 player and every time I tried copying and pasting the music onto the player, it came up with the message "Cannot copy 01-*******:The directory or file cannot be created".(The stars are the name of the song). What is up with this error? Can it be fixed?

Sorry 'bout this guys, but I did a little research on the Insignia website and found the cure. Just needed a complete format and reboot.
