Default TV out/in equipment questions

Hey I was wondering where I could find if they exists several items
first is a monitor to color plug or monitor to coaxial cable adaptor as I am trying to view my computer on my TV as I have a second spot on my video card to hook up another monitor if I wished.
Second a TV out card but not a video card with tv in capabilities as I have a Geforce 7900 and dont want to buy another video card.

Please tell me if anyone has any info on my scheme or any of the equipment mentioned.

Hi sabanknight,
Firstly, I'd like to welcome to CompuForums - it's good to have you here. I hope you will be on the board for a long time, and if there is anything I can do to make your experience better please let me know. We are here to help you, so it would be appreciated if you could help us by posting in threads as well as your own. By doing so, you are helping to keep this site running in the future, and we will respond to your thread faster too. If you can't help us, then we can't help you.

It would be useful to know exactly what inputs you have on your television, and where you live so we can find items that you can buy online.
