susanava is on a distinguished road
Default I'm looking an antique-a 1995 IBM Thinkpad 310ed external floppy drive...

with the original CHAMP connector, not a USB. IBM doesn't make parts for this machine anymore (obviously), but I have one that just needs the operating system reinstalled. I can't do that without the floppy drive, which was lost a few years ago. Does anyone have one, or know where I could find one? I'm willing to pay up to $30.
Thanks so much

Dude.. I just sent one to property (at the university where I work). They crush electronic equipment Sorry. But you may be able to see if they have it (and the thinkpad it came with (OS2 still installed)). EDIT: Hold on,, it was external CD, the floppy was integrated sorry again.

They can transfer you to Surplus.

Bear in mind, they don't typically do individual sales, it's normally a surplus auction. They can tell you info about that too.

eBay? or if you have a CD drive but not a floppy drive then you could always boot from cd if the bios supports it?
