Hey, Finally got my monitor..but finding it VERY hard to adjust to the RIGHT SETTINGS...can anyone give me start...thanks...

Welcome back to the forum - I hope to see you here more often in the future and not just posting in relation to your own problems.

What sort of settings are you trying to set on the monitor? Things like brightness/contrast or the screen resolution?
