| Hi there, <I have moved this thread to a more appropriate forum>. It could be that your monitor is not set to it's "native resolution", which means the resolution it is designed for, usually the highest you can set. To change it, right click a blank space on your desktop, click Settings and slide the resolution slider to the highest setting. Then click Apply and OK. Your screen may go blank for a few seconds and it will then come back at a higher resolution. In the extremely unlikely event that your monitor is incompatible with the new resolution and displays garbled or an error, simply wait 15 seconds and Windows will set it back. This is, however, very unlikely.
