heroes game

does anybody know when the heroes pc game will be out?
i would really like to know when it will be out.
i mean the tv-series based game.
what i do know is that ubisoft is working on it, if i'm not wrong.

so far the only hint of the release is 'late 2008' so probably around the September - December time frame
