| Yesterday I bought a game called Rainbow Six Lockdown. By the way, I bought the game at a store called Big Lots. So today I installed it and when it finished I rebooted my computer and opened the shortcut to the game. It said to insert the RS lockdown DVD so I inserted cd 1 of 5 into my drive and then it brought up a window asking for a cd key. I looked on the back of the game manual and I saw a lablel that said "Online key: ***-****-****-****" It was the only one on the manual so I typed it out. The game says that the key is invalid. So I looked everywhere else in the manual, on the case, and on the cd's, but nope, no key. What should I do? |

| I would take it back to the store. They shouldn't refuse, as I'm pretty sure that the US has a law equivalent to the UK Sales of Goods Act. However if they do refuse, try contacting the game manufacture [phone is always better than email, but I once damaged the CD with my OEM copy of Nero on from my old CD burner, and the manufacture / UK distributor posted me a replacement free of charge after emailing them].
