i use media player in vista......mainly vecause VLC isnt compatible and i get too many errors with other players. Buh im kind of mad because no matter wat player i use, media player in vista wont pick up abd play subtitle tracks. Even with the haali splitter and the combined community codec pack, it just wont play OGM and MKV subtitles. Setings and subtitle track are chosen, buh.......i guess its becuase there is no firmly compatible player with vista....

I use Windows Media Player. It comes for free.

I use Windows Media to play Music/Videos and iTunes to download TV Shows

My preference is Musicmatch Jukebox which runs on my XP Pro machine.

Unfortunately, I'm forced to use WMP 11 on my Vista 64 machine - nothing else works.

Yahoo will tell you to upgrade to Yahoo Music (Vista 32 only). I guess thet have no plans to make MM compatible with Vista 32 or 64 (*sigh*).

Winamp flat-out doen't work on V64 and threads on winamp.com don't look promising for a version that will any time soon.

Windows Media Player 11!!!!!

I used to use itunes, but iSold my iPod on ebay. So I'm gonna get a toshiba gigabeat s, so now I have windows media player 11.

I really like itunes for my mp3s. It makes it really simple. Videos i tend to stay to windows media player. and since im running Vista i do have version 11. ewww...

I use windows media player but prefer the interface of itunes after downloading it i realized that i had to set up a credit card account so that it would update my music information but that's to much messing about so i stuck with windows media player

Add Winamp to that poll, then I'll give my answer. kthxbai
