What is meant By Reputation?

Reputation + then a box and a -.
What does it mean?

It works a lot like "karma".

If you post something good, members will reward you by giving you good reputation.

If you do something bad, you will get bad reputation from members.

I like the traditional Applaud/Smite in SMF though
