I need some good internet protection information ASAP. I think someone stole my IP address a month ago. I found a NETLOG tracking spy and spy software that had been installed on my home PC at lunch today. I also did a search on my IP address and found visits to sites I haven't visited. I have Norton and an AOL firewall.

What can I put on my home computer to prevent IP tracking and hacking?
