The problem with Macs was never their performance. I think anyone who knows anything about computers knows that Apple has always outperformed PCs. The problem was always Apple refusing to support applications that ran on PC Because of this the PC took off and Apple took the back seat. The only thing that may save them is that you can finally run Windows on a Mac.
