Default External Backup Solutions

How does everyone else choose to backup their home computers? I have personally lost a few hard drives in the past and I now make sure to have backup software running on a regular basis. I have two 200GB drives setup in external cases with network connections to them. I then backup all important files to those two drives. I'm nowhere near capacity on the drives but it's nice because they can be accessed from anywhere on the network. It's very convenient and it was a breeze to setup.

How about everyone else? I'm interested to hear what others have to say about this subject.
