I seoruisly doubt Google will try to take on Mircosoft with a distro of linux.

Unless they take the RedHat aproach and start charging after a long reign as on of the best distros around mabey then, but they will have to commit tons of resources to make it more user friendly the even the most user friendly linux distro is.
