This is how you solve it;

Save the picture, look at it and then either write in paint
or just write down how the man will move the diamonds onto the
green dots. He can't move them sideways unless he PUSHES them
sideways, IOW. he can't DRAG them.
Oh, and for the explanation part, number the diamonds with 1 2 3 4 etc.
ie. If there's a diamond higher up that the rest, name it 1 and so on.
If they are from left to right, always name the diamond to the Left 1 etc.
Ok, now try.
